Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 days (excluding Sundays and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Because our 3D printed products are made-to-order, we use this time to carefully manufacture and prepare your items before they are ready to ship. You will receive another notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.

Please note: Potential delays due to high order volume or postal service issues are outside of our control, but we will notify you if your order processing is significantly delayed.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your items.

International Shipping We currently do not offer international shipping.

Estimated Transit Times Once your order has been processed and shipped, standard transit time is typically 5 to 10 days for delivery.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes Because we utilize USPS for all of our shipping, we are happy to ship to P.O. Boxes.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Rob@threedzine.shop with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Damages During Shipping In the event that your 3D printed item arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Rob@threedzine.shop with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
